the kit includes: a frame, paper, emery board (for sanding the edges down), red tulle, jewels, flowers with a cute brad in the center, a cheesy saying for the center of the frame in case you don't have a picture just yet, a brush, and be mine vinyl, black paint, mod podge, and i will bring my hot glue gun to glue the flower to the tulle!}
...the paper, flowers and brads will vary, but don't worry, they will still be way cute...
the cost: $6
we will also have a gardening class and a hair cutting class.
